NATURE’S WEIRDEST EVENTS
Big Bang Post Production has just completed the post production on this two part series for BBC Bristol
In these exciting two programmes, presenter Chris Packham takes us around the world to the scene of some of the weirdest natural events on the planet. With the help of footage taken by eyewitnesses and news crews, he unravels the facts and the science behind each phenomenon. The programmes look at the incredible sea foam which turns part of the Australian coast into what looks like the worlds biggest bubble bath, the mysterious death of thousands of sea birds on America’s West Coast and the other worldly phenomena known as milky seas.
This is nature at it’s weirdest and despite scientists best efforts, the reasons for some of the events will always remain a mystery.
Big Bang Post Production provided picture and grading post production and sound design on this series which transmits on Tuesday 3rd and Wednesday 4th January 2012 at 8.00pm on BBC2.
